The 12 questions — and what a good answer sounds like
| Ask | A good answer | Inochi's answer |

| 2. Which Japanese schools do you work with, and can I see the agreement? | Named schools with partnership letters | Partner language schools in Tokyo, Saitama, Osaka, Fukuoka; profiles published on our Universities page |
| 3. What is the total cost, item by item? | A printed sheet separating school, government and agency fees | Public itemised fee table and cost calculator on /fees; service charge written into the agreement |
| 4. When do I pay the school's tuition? | After the COE, directly to the school | After the COE, by bank transfer against the school's own invoice |
| 5. What is refunded if the COE or visa is refused? | A written refund clause in the service agreement | Refund terms signed before any payment; government and school fees follow their own rules |
| 6. Do you guarantee the visa? | 'No — nobody can. We guarantee the process.' | No. We publish documented COE and visa results instead |
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best Japan education consultancy in Bangladesh?
The best one is the one that passes the 12 questions above for your case: its own certified Japanese teaching, named partner schools with letters, itemised fees with tuition paid to the school after the COE, written refund terms, alumni you can call, and support in Japan. Inochi is built to answer all twelve — visit any branch and test us.
How much do Japan consultancies in Dhaka charge?
Service charges vary widely and are often hidden inside a 'package'. Insist on seeing the school's own tuition invoice (5.5–7.5 lakh BDT/year) separately from the agency's charge, and get the agency's charge and refund terms in writing before paying. Inochi's language-course fees are public; the service charge is agreed in writing at counselling.
Can an agency really guarantee a Japan visa?
No. The COE is decided by Japanese Immigration and the visa by the Embassy; no agency has influence over either. A guarantee is a sales tactic and usually comes with a non-refundable fee.
Do I need an agency at all to study in Japan?
Not legally — you can apply to a school directly. In practice most Bangladeshi students use an institute for the required 150–180-hour Japanese course, certified translations, school matching, sponsor paperwork and interview preparation, which is where most self-made applications fail.
