Name, email, phone/WhatsApp, education history, and any documents you submit (passport scans, transcripts, photos). Submitted only with your consent via our forms or WhatsApp.
2. How we use your information
To assess your eligibility, prepare admission and visa applications, communicate with you about your case, and (with consent) keep you informed about seminars and study-in-Japan opportunities.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share documents with Japanese language schools you apply to and with Japan immigration authorities for COE/visa processing. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with anyone else without your written consent.
4. Storage and security
Documents are stored on secured servers with restricted access, retained as long as needed for your case plus statutory record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data after your case is closed.
5. Your rights
